We ship our items using Royal Mail (United Kingdom), we use tracked and International Tracked shipping profiles.

The tracking information for your purchase will be uploaded to your account.

Tracking numbers can be entered into the Royal Mail website here to gain information on your item.

International Tracking updates maybe delayed by Customs checks, if your item has entered customs it may not continue to track until it is released and then enters the relevant postal services system.

Customers are responsible for any local taxes and charges arising from your purchase.

We have NO control over delivery times, Postal Services or Customs Delays. If you have any queries regarding postal servcies for your item, they should be directed to the relevant postal service in your country.
